Elizabeth D. ★★★★★

Three weeks in and I've noticed I'm not getting that mid-afternoon brain fog anymore, which is exactly why I started taking these. The 1000mg capsules with EPA and DHA are a solid daily addition, no fishy aftertaste either.

Scarlett L. ★★★★★

Three weeks in and my morning brain fog has genuinely lifted — I’m getting through the workday without that 2pm slump. The 1000mg dose per capsule makes it easy to hit the EPA and DHA I was aiming for, and I haven’t had any fishy aftertaste, which was my biggest worry.

Aurora H. ★★★★★

I’ve been taking these after lunch for about three weeks and the 1000mg EPA/DHA dose feels easy to swallow, no fishy aftertaste at all. My joints don’t ache as much on my morning runs, which is the main reason I picked this bottle.
