Zink, magnesium og B6 tabletter | Muskel-, immun- og wellness-støtte

Three weeks in and I can already feel the difference in my evening energy slump — the magnesium really seems to be doing its job after workouts. Tablets are a good size, easy to swallow without that chalky aftertaste some supplements leave.

The bottle's easy to open one-handed, which matters when I'm rushing post-gym, and the tablets don't leave that chalky aftertaste I've dealt with before. My energy's felt steadier through the afternoons, so I'm sticking with it.

Three weeks in and my legs feel noticeably less heavy after evening workouts, which I wasn't expecting from a supplement. The tablets go down easy with breakfast, no aftertaste, and the packaging lists the dosages clearly. This is now part of my daily routine.
