วิตามินบีรวมชนิดเม็ด | สนับสนุนการเผาผลาญพลังงานและสุขภาพดี

These have been my daily pick-me-up for a few weeks now — the complete B blend is easy to swallow and hasn’t upset my stomach like other vitamins. I notice I’m not crashing in the afternoon the way I used to, which is exactly what I needed for my 9-to-5.

I've been taking these with my morning oatmeal for three weeks now and the difference in my afternoon slump is noticeable. The tablets are small enough to swallow easily without that weird aftertaste some B vitamins have.

I popped one with breakfast and honestly noticed the difference by mid-afternoon – no more 3pm slump. The complete blend covers all the essentials, and the tablets don't leave that weird aftertaste I've had with other B-complexes.
