Berberine Plus 60 Viên | Cân Bằng Trao Đổi Chất & Hỗ Trợ Sức Khỏe

I was honestly skeptical about another supplement, but the white kidney bean and ashwagandha combo made me feel less bloated after meals within two weeks. It's easy to swallow and doesn't leave that weird aftertaste I've had with other capsules. Glad I gave it a shot.

Three weeks in and my afternoon energy crashes are basically gone, plus the capsule size is small enough that I don't dread taking it daily. The apple cider vinegar note is subtle but it's nice knowing I'm getting that extra metabolic kick without any weird aftertaste.

The blend with ashwagandha and apple cider vinegar makes this feel more like a whole wellness boost rather than just another metabolism capsule. I’ve noticed my energy stays steadier through the afternoon since starting it, and the 60-capsule bottle has lasted me a good while.
